Kevin was introduced to the real estate and construction industry by working as a project manager for a small custom homebuilder while attending Temple University, where he obtained his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship in 2017. He went on to work for both Streamline and GRIT Construction as a construction manager, building over 210 residential and commercial units in Philadelphia. Kevin also has experience within the hospitality industry, working as a project manager/owner’s rep on three and four-star hotels and resorts throughout the country, with major renovations completed in Sarasota, FL, Santa Barbara, CA and Breckenridge, CO. With his nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, Kevin has completed over 300,000 square feet in both residential and commercial renovations as well as roughly 250,000 square feet in the hospitality industry. Mallard Builders LLC is licensed and insured to work in Pennsylvania and is OSHA 30 Certified.
